DESCRIPTION:State Sunlight-Long is back with the ECMC for a FINAL re-review hearing on TUESDAY\, APRIL 21 starting at 9am. \n\nDuring the hearing\, the commissioners will consider numerous alternative locations for the site and make a final decision.\n\nWhile SM Energy (formally Civitas) will likely be arguing that the originally proposed location is still their preferred location\, STAR will have a short period of time to argue why it is clearly NOT the best option to protect our health\, safety and wildlife. \n\nIMPORTANT NOTES:\n The hearing will be virtual on Zoom\, and it’s ESSENTIAL that all community members log on to listen in.
