Please go to this page and be sure to select “Oil & Gas Complaint/Concern” in the “Department” menu. Please note the oil & gas site name if you know which one it is as well.

Note: While Arapahoe County has recently launched an oil & gas facility inspection program, inspections only occur twice per year. County officials will need to hear about real-time disturbances directly from citizens like you!

SM Energy (formerly Civitas Resources) has been granted exclusive rights to develop hydraulic fracturing wells in a 32,000-acre area east of the Aurora Reservoir known as Lowry Ranch. If each well pad is fully approved, the total project will result in:
