Complaint Process at Arapahoe County

Please go to this page and be sure to select “Oil & Gas Complaint/Concern” in the “Department” menu. Please note the oil & gas site name if you know which one it is as well.

Note: While Arapahoe County has recently launched an oil & gas facility inspection program, inspections only occur twice per year. County officials will need to hear about real-time disturbances directly from citizens like you!

Complaint Process at Colorado ECMC

Option 1: Go to this site and be sure to provide as much detail as possible about what you’re seeing, smelling, hearing or experiencing. If you know the facility name or operator, please provide this information as well. The site supports uploads of supporting documents including PDF, JPG and PNG files of 10MB or less.
