November 19–21

The outcome of the Sunlight-Long decision will have profound, life-altering effects on our community.
The Sunlight-Long well pad is nearing the final stages of approval. This proposed 32 well pad spans 35 acres and is located just 0.6 miles from the nearest Southshore homes and the Aurora Reservoir, bringing fracking activities directly beneath homes and schools. Everything our community organization has fought for over the past three years hinges on this crucial hearing.
This is the final opportunity for our community to make its voice heard before Commissioners make a decision whether to deny or approve Sunlight-Long in its current location or move it farther away from neighborhoods.
What’s the threat?
